All appointments require a non refundable $100 deposit. If you cancel or reschedule, a new deposit is required.

When booking, your card details will be securely stored through the Acuity app. I do not have access to these details once entered

Cancellations or reschedules made the day before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. Cancellations, reschedules, or NO-shows on the day of your appointment (for any reason) will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

PLEASE READ the prep instructions page before your appointment to avoid any circumstances that would prevent you from having your service done and having to forfeit your appointment.

If you are symptomatic, becoming ill, or getting over an illness please reschedule. In an effort to maintain a healthy work environment setting- I have the right to refuse service to anyone who comes in with symptoms and the appointment will be rescheduled and charged the full amount.
