***Deposit/ Booking fee Policy
All appointments require a non refundable $100 deposit. If you cancel or reschedule, a new deposit is required.
When booking, your card details will be securely stored through the Acuity app. I do not have access to these details once entered.
***Cancellations/ Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made the day before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. Cancellations, reschedules, or NO-shows on the day of your appointment (for any reason) will be charged the full amount of the booked service.
***PLEASE READ the prep instructions page before your appointment to avoid any circumstances that would prevent you from having your service done and having to forfeit your appointment.
***Sick Policy
If you are symptomatic, becoming ill, or getting over an illness please reschedule. In an effort to maintain a healthy work environment setting- I have the right to refuse service to anyone who comes in with symptoms and the appointment will be rescheduled and charged the full amount
